How to Optimize Your Process Without Conducting a DOE!

Come join us on March 9, 2010 at Grandpa's Catfish House (Sherwood location) as we listen to a presentation by Sherry Smith, RAB Lead Quality Systems Auditor & Six Sigma Black Belt.

 Ms. Smith is a Project Manager with Arkansas Manufacturing Solutions (AMS).  She has been with AMS since 1998.  Her work focuses on ISO auditing, ISO training and Quality consulting for Arkansas manufacturers.  She has taught and consulted with companies using SPC, Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis, Statistical Analysis and DOE.

Room size is based on reservations, so please make a reservation by contacting Floyd Washburn no later than noon on Monday,
